at Our Studio
- We teach physically challenging classes in a supportive, non-competitive atmosphere to promote flexibility, strength, and balance in your body.
- We offer All Levels, Basics, Deep Stretch, Silver Yoga, and Kids Yoga classes. We encourage yogis to try all classes to develop a well-rounded practice.
- All of our classes are heated, except for Silver Yoga & Kids Yoga. If you can’t stand the heat, do some more yoga!
- We offer private instruction for individuals & groups, as well as for special events.
- We offer in-class personal assistants who work with you one-on-one to take you deeper in your practice.
- We offer $5 Classes throughout the week to make exceptional yoga affordable for everyone!
- We have dressing rooms, showers, and various amenities for primping & prepping.
- We have a lovely lounge to hang out in, so feel free to linger!
- Don’t sweat it if you forget your mat, towel, or yogitoes. We have rentals available here at the studio.
- Our studios are fully stocked with blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, and anything else you might need for your practice.
- Stay hydrated! All water throughout the studio is filtered, so bring your water bottle & fill up!
- We have water, coconut water, gatorade, energy bars, and other snacks if you’re in need of replenishment.
- The Yoga One boutique has a wide variety of yoga wear for men & women, yoga literature, mats, yogitoes, bags, water bottles, dvd’s, and various yoga-related doodads.
- We have a wonderful lending library, full of many great titles for your borrowing pleasure!
- Arrive early. We serve yoga on a first-come first-serve basis, so get here and claim your spot!
