Art of Assisting Rocked The House!!

 Thank you Yoga One yogis and to our incredible community for holding the space for The Art Of Assisting!!!

The Art Of Assisting workshop was a screaming success, as you can see from the hip-hip-hooray-ing bunch of yogis above.  Yoga One hosted the Baptiste Power Yoga Institute’s largest assisting program ever!  We had yogis from all over the world – Australia, Canada, even Charlotte! 

A big THANK YOU to all of the yogis who shared our studio over the weekend and practiced up in the Yoga One Annex.  The participants were extremely grateful to have such a beautiful place to practice and were thankful for the generosity of our awesome community.
