Come down the rabbit hole!

Come down the rabbit hole!

The Rabbit Hole is Yoga One’s new space to share what’s going on in our heads when we teach, what opens up for us, and why we teach and do what we do! There is more that we want to share than is ever possible in a 60 or 90 minute class. And often we get great questions or feedback we’d love to share. This is our space to engage in inquiry with you and “disrupt business as usual” as we go about breaking our habits -our automatic pilot lives- and find the life we’ve been looking for!

Rabbit Hole: -noun (plural: rabbit holes)

RABBIT:
Rabbits are small mammals in the family Leporidae of the order Lagomorpha, found in several parts of the world. There are eight different genera in the family classified as rabbits, including the European rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus), cottontail rabbits (genus Sylvilagus; 13 species), and the Amami rabbit (Pentalagus furnessi, an endangered species on Amami Ōshima, Japan). There are many other species of rabbit, and these, along with pikas and hares, make up the order Lagomorpha. The male is called a buck and the female is a doe; a young rabbit is a kitten or kit.

HOLE:
A hole is an opening in a solid.

“DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE”

WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH YOGA OR YOGA ONE?Absolutely nothing and everything!

The Rabbit Hole is Yoga One’s new space to share what’s going on in our heads when we teach, what opens up for us, why we teach/do what we do, teach Baron’s sequence etc…! There is more we want to share than is ever possible in a 60/90 minute class. And often we get great questions or feedback we’d love to share. This is our space to engage in inquiry with you and “disrupt business as usual” as we go about breaking our habits, or our auto-pilot lives and find the life we’ve been looking for.
